The remainder of the walks have been cancelled due to lack of interest. If anyone would like to organize walks in the Fall let us know!

Residents of Island Lakes are starting a Walking Group similar to the one we had 5 years ago.  It will be for anyone in our area that loves to walk in the morning.  This time, we are going to include owners of well behaved dogs as so many in our area walk their dogs regularly.

Walks will begin on July 5th, starting from Seigneurie Park at 9:30 A.M.  We will walk  from the park to Warde Avenue and into a portion of Bonavista. 

On July 12th we will meet at Island Lakes Park and hope that Lindsey Wilson might be able to join us and give us a history of Island Lakes. Walk destination to be determined.

On July 19th we will meet at Island Lakes Park and walk to Sage Creek and from there determine how far we will walk around the lakes.

On July 26th we will meet at Island Lakes Park and walk to Royalwood.

People who join us can determine the walks for August.

All the walks will begin at 9:30 A.M.
