Charles, the new owner, recently took over the Chicken Chef/Salisbury House restaurant in
Island Lake. He has spent the last 18 years owning and running the Chicken Chef in Lorette,
MB, where community meant absolutely everything, in every sense of the word!

Charles explains that as a local business they look forward to being active and supportive
members of this community.

Their goal is to truly become a favorite gathering place where, as it’s been so often said
before…
(Everyone knows your name).

He continues to explain that his staff are very caring and giving humans that are all so willing to
help in any and every way possible.
