Wildlife, Activities, Scenery are some of the few!

Maybe we don’t ALL love the rabbits!

Winter activities! The ice rinks.

The beautiful sunsets!

The birds! From woodpeckers to pelicans to ducks and geese. They are a pleasure to watch as the seasons change.

The walking paths! And bike riding of course.

The lakes! For both summer and winter fun.

The multitude of wildlife. From rabbits and birds, to fox, skunks and deer. We have infringed on their space but our parks and lakes create a habitat that enables us to coexist.

As well as the Adopt-A-Pots that brighten our community there is the pride of our neighbors!

I’m an avid bike rider, so not just our paths, but being connected to so many other great cycle paths is great! It’s like discovering a whole different city!

We have lived in the St. Boniface/St. Vital area for decades, and have lived at our current address in Island Lakes since 2016. I love this community, with it’s walking paths and lake entrances. It’s close to everything.
