MTERRA Legal Services was founded by Maureen Terra in early 2021.  Maureen has over 18 years of real estate law experience, including 12 years with the land titles office as a district registrar, before launching her own boutique real estate law firm. She was recently joined by Gitish Bhardwaj, who relocated from Chandigarh, India where he had a successful law practice for more than 14 years with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana and can also offer services in Hindi, Punjabi and Bengali. Clients are the focus of the firm, offering a broad range of legal services surrounding real estate, including the purchase, sale and financing of both residential homes and commercial properties, subdivisions and condominium development. Maureen has been a proud resident of the Island Lakes community for 9 years, where she lives with her two sons, both of whom also work in the family business.
